We have recently updated and republished this site to provide full CMS, allowing the client to have complete control over the content. Previously they were only able to maintain the news section, but now the site has RSS export facilities and has standard compliant code for XHTML and CSS. Using the same design as before, 40% has been taken off page load times thanks to the new CMS - which creates a cache of repeated content such as the navigation, address and footer details.
